 At A Day After Day Home Care Agency, we believe family caregivers deserve recognition and support for the vital care they provide every day. Through the Structured Family Caregiving program, you can receive biweekly payments of up to $700 per week for caring for your loved one in the comfort of your home. 

 Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) is a state-supported program that allows family members or friends who live with and care for an eligible loved one to receive financial assistance and professional guidance. It’s designed to help families keep their loved ones safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home. 

You may qualify if:

• You live with the person you’re caring for.
   
• Your loved one needs help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, or medication reminders.
   
• The care recipient is Medicaid-eligible.
   
• You’re a family member or friend providing consistent care.
