What makes our Personal Care different
Most agencies send a different caregiver each week. We don’t. Your loved one gets the same dedicated caregiver every visit — someone who knows their routine, their preferences, and their personality. This consistency builds trust, reduces anxiety, and allows the caregiver to notice subtle changes in health or behavior that matter enormously over time.
Every care plan is developed by our Director of Care Quality (a licensed RN) through an in-home assessment — not a phone checklist. We see the actual environment, understand the real challenges, and build a care plan that fits real life.
Flexible scheduling to fit your family
We offer personal care services on a schedule that works for you — from a few hours a day to full-time, 7 days a week.
We can accommodate morning routines, evening care, overnight supervision, or anything in between. As needs change, your care plan changes with them — no new contracts, no hassle.

Will the same caregiver come every visit?
Yes. We assign one dedicated caregiver to your loved one and keep that assignment consistent. In the event of a planned absence, we notify you in advance and introduce a substitute caregiver beforehand. Consistency is one of our core commitments – it builds trust and allows the caregiver to notice changes that matter
