Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) is a state-supported program that allows family members or friends who live with and care for an eligible loved one to receive financial assistance and professional guidance. It’s designed to help families keep their loved ones safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.

Do I have to be a certified caregiver?

No. SFC is designed for family members and friends. We provide the training and coaching you need through our Caregiver Coach, along with ongoing support from a Registered Nurse and Care Coordinator.

What support will I receive?

Beyond pay, you receive ongoing support from our Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and a Caregiver Coach, plus training and guidance to help you deliver the best care — and the peace of mind of keeping your loved one safe at home.
